1.准备好辣椒

6.把花生米放入锅中

7.用筷子不断搅拌使其受热均匀。

8.当听到花生有噼里啪啦的声音时改小火同时晃动锅。接着用筷子搅拌。

9.炸到花生表面微微变成褐色时倒入碗里。不要等到发黑。不然就老了会发苦。

10.倒入碗里稍微搅拌。余热还会继续加热。

11.刚才的油接着炸辣椒

12.刚变成褐色盛到蒜臼里。油和辣椒籽留在锅里这样方便倒烂。

13.放入蒜臼加入盐。盐的量根据自己口味加。用擀面杖捣碎。捣好后放入一个空碗 。

14.锅里剩的辣椒籽和油用白菜帮刮干净倒入蒜臼。

15.炸好的花生米放入塑料袋。

16.先用擀面杖敲碎。再用擀面杖擀碎。

17.擀好的花生碎。和捣好的辣椒混合好

18.往刚捣辣椒的蒜臼到入开水

19.把开水倒入混好的辣椒花生碎里。加的水要莫过它们。花生和辣椒都会吸水不用担心稀。用筷子搅拌。

20.做好的酱。就是食物本味。没有多余香料味道。辣!香!
